This website is operated by Sursofts, a trading name of CAP 2023 (SAS, SIREN 979 828 159, VAT FR78 979 828 159), Route de Gignac, 34150 Aniane, France. Contact: support@sursofts.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
The products shown on our website are digital products. Your order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation email after your payment has been accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud, and we will refund any amount already paid.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is made at the time of order through our payment providers. We never store your full card number.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered by email to the address you give at checkout. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
5. Licence and use
Products are provided for use under the licence terms of their publisher. You may not resell, copy or share a product or licence key except as those terms allow.
6. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, you lose this right once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you will lose the right of withdrawal. We will ask for this consent at checkout.
7. Refunds
Our Refund Policy explains when and how you can be refunded.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity, are not affected. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Intellectual property
The content of this website belongs to us or our licensors. Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on the mandatory rules of the country where you live. If a dispute is not resolved by contacting us, you may use the consumer dispute resolution options available under the law of your country.
