What to do if there is a problem with your order.

Digital products
Our products are digital and delivered by email, so there is nothing to send back. Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned.
If something is wrong
- Contact us at support@sursofts.com with your order number.
- We will try to fix the problem, for example by sending you the correct product or clearer installation help.
- If we cannot solve it, you may be eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy.
Your legal rights
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity.
