Your rights

• Access: ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: ask us to delete your data, unless we must keep it by law (for example invoices).
• Restriction: ask us to limit how we use your data in certain cases.
• Portability: ask to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.

How to exercise your rights

Send your request to support@sursofts.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will answer within one month. This period can be extended by up to two further months for complex requests, and we will tell you if that happens. Exercising your rights is free of charge unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.

Automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that significantly affects you.

Data breaches

If a personal data breach is likely to put your rights at risk, we will notify the CNIL within 72 hours where required, and we will inform affected individuals when the risk is high.
